panorama photography and related projects
This site presents an overview of my panoramas, virtual tours and related projects. I will add recent work as well as selected older material every now and then.
On October 14th, 2021, the Zuylenburgh Collection of vintage scientific objects and instruments was inaugurated at the Boerhaave Museum, Leiden. It consists a.o. of microscopes, telescopes, globes, clocks, chronometers, and more, belonging to the collector Bert Degenaar, Planetarium Zuylenburgh.

On 14 May 1920, the 'Mengelberg Collection' arrived at Huis Bergh in 's-Heerenberg: 175 paintings, sculptures and silver objects. The collection was owned by lord of the castle J.H. van Heek in November 1919 from the heirs of Friedrich Wilhelm Mengelberg in Utrecht, known for his richly decorated interiors of Catholic churches.
The 2021 exhibition Love for the Middle Ages, curated by Annemarie Vels Heijn, was about the fate of the Mengelberg Collection.
In addition to the above virtual tour, on display during the exhibition, I made version with Open Seadragon software which shows all objects in high-resolution:
